Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a PhD in a relevant engineering field.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week January - June 2027.
• Must be able to work onsite in our design center in Irvine, CA.
• Strong foundational knowledge of RF concepts and data analysis is expected.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute RF measurements for semiconductors/acoustic devices.
• Perform analysis, extractions, and modeling of measured data.
• Summarize extracted analysis and prepare reports for engineers and designers.
• Propose new design approaches for state-of-the-art BAW/SAW devices based on physics- and data-driven models.
