CTDI is seeking a RF Repair Technician for 2nd shift in Fort Worth, TX. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot RF systems and related equipment, working from 2:30PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RF experience required, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• May be required to pass a Technical Aptitude Test.
• Strong knowledge of RF technology, electronics, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Soldering and de-soldering techniques are essential.
• Thorough understanding of electronic circuit components and theory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and verify RF device function.
• Gather RF data using network analyzers to support RRH development.
• Analyze issues to component level and document findings.
• Operate PIM test equipment for antenna prototype diagnostics.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement RF solutions meeting requirements.
• Interpret and draft sophisticated schematics for assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Provide training and support to other technicians on repair techniques.
• Maintain workspace and equipment in clean, safe condition.
