Job summary

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and a strong background in quality metrics and process improvement. The position offers a salary range of $59,000 to $97,000 depending on experience and skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Operational experience with RF Products Assembly/SMT.
• Extensive knowledge of AS9100D and ISO9001 Quality Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Nonconformance Process/System and Material Review Board.
• Develop and maintain Quality Inspection procedures.
• Engage with customers on quality issues and metrics.
