Job summary

MACOM in Nashua, NH or Lowell, MA is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Director to lead a multi-site organization supporting advanced RF and microwave semiconductor assembly. This role drives manufacturing excellence through process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee Manufacturing, Process, and Equipment Engineering teams, align resources with production needs, support new product introductions and transfers, and ensure quality, delivery, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline is required.
10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering leadership experience.
5+ years of experience leading engineering managers and cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, and Equipment Engineering teams.
Drive process improvements to enhance quality, throughput, yield, cycle time, and cost.
Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support new product introductions and production transfers.
