Job summary

RTX is seeking an RF Production Test Engineer in Goleta, CA to design, develop, and validate advanced testing for EW and radar systems. You will work on automated test systems, troubleshoot hardware, and improve test processes while leveraging NI LabVIEW and Python.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Test Engineering, Test Automation, Electronic Equipment Control, or Test Validation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing automated test systems and validation procedures.
• Troubleshoot and provide rework instructions for hardware.
• Participate in projects to reduce test time and improve processes using data and trends.
• Develop test flows and contribute to capacity analysis.
• Maintain changes to test equipment data packages and manuals.
• Support non-routine fault isolation, diagnosis and repair.
• Contribute to root cause investigations and corrective actions.
