As a Radio Frequency (RF) Production Test Engineer (PTE) at Raytheon's Electronic Warfare Systems in sunny Goleta, CA, you'll have the opportunity to design, develop, and validate advanced testing solutions for our state-of-the-art Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) products.

What You Will Do

• Assist in the development and execution of automated test systems and validation procedures.
• Troubleshoot and provide accurate rework instructions for the product hardware.
• Participate in projects to reduce test time, improve the test process through analysis of predictive metrics of trends, failure modes, and test yields.
• Develop test flows and contribute to test capacity analysis.
• Maintain changes to the test equipment technical data package which includes drawings, test instructions, test position manuals, and system software.
• Assist in non-routine fault isolation, diagnosis and repair of the product or test equipment.
• Support root cause and corrective action investigations and present findings, utilizing fault trees and knowledge point plans

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
