Molex, a leading supplier of RF electronic components, is seeking an Associate Product Line Manager to shape strategy and drive growth of the RF portfolio. You will work with engineering, sales, operations, and marketing to identify opportunities and bring products to market.

Ideal candidates have a technical background and experience in product management, with strong collaboration and analytical skills. Travel up to 25% is expected, and global markets are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related technical field.
• Experience in product management, product marketing, engineering, sales, business development, or related function.
• Knowledge of electronic components, RF technologies, or related technical products.
• Experience analyzing data, market trends, or business performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the strategic management and growth of a portfolio of RF electronic components and related solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop product strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to help guide product roadmap decisions.
• Contribute to new product introduction efforts by partnering with engineering and commercial teams from concept through commercialization.
• Help define compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate solutions in the marketplace.
• Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to understand application requirements and emerging industry trends.
• Enable commercial success by providing product expertise, technical insights, and market intelligence to sales and marketing teams.
• Support product lifecycle decisions through analysis of business performance, market adoption, profitability, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to balance customer demand, inventory strategy, and business objectives.
• Represent the product portfolio through customer engagements, industry events, training activities, and trade shows.
