Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, is seeking an Associate Product Line Manager to support growth and strategic management of our RF electronic component portfolio, including board-level components, filters, ferrite devices, and related solutions. You will work with product management, engineering, sales, operations, and marketing to shape strategy and opportunities, including 25% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (Electrical/Electronics) or related business discipline.
Experience in product management, marketing, engineering, sales, or related function.
Knowledge of RF technologies or electronic components.
Experience analyzing data, market trends, or business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Support the strategic management and growth of a portfolio of RF electronic components and related solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop product strategies.
Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to guide roadmap decisions.
Contribute to new product introduction efforts from concept to commercialization.
Help define product positioning, messaging and value propositions.
Build relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
Enable commercial success by providing product expertise and market intelligence to sales and marketing.
