Job summary

Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge in semiconductor field.
• Experience in Physical Verification or DRC is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain DRC components for RF PDKs.
• Model semiconductor processes in PEX to enable design enablement.
• Collaborate with EDA tool vendors to support DRC development.
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported DRC issues with timely solutions.
• Drive automation and quality improvements in DRC workflows.
