Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and experience in semiconductor PDK development, physical verification, EDA, or IC layout.
• Experience with DRC/LVS rule development and verification.
• Familiarity with PEX concepts and parasitic extraction methodologies.
• Proficient programming/scripting for automation (Python, Tcl, Perl, shell).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Travel up to 10% and fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, code, qualify, and maintain DRC, LVS, and PEX rule decks and PDK components.
• Translate design and process requirements into production-quality verification solutions.
• Create regression tests and validate rule-deck correctness and performance.
• Debug complex DRC/LVS/PEX issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with process technology, design rule, and EDA teams to ensure accurate PDK representations.
