Job summary

Micron Technology is a world leader in memory and storage solutions, seeking a specialist to manage PDK development, tooling, and cross‑functional collaboration with CAD teams, foundries, and vendors.

The role includes documenting PDK usage, troubleshooting PDK problems, and training design teams on PDK updates and flows. A Master’s degree with 2 years of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field required.
• 2 years of experience in a related occupation or job offered.
• Experience with PDKs, EDA tools and cross-functional collaboration expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CAD teams, tool vendors, and foundries for PDK compatibility and performance.
• Develop and maintain PDK usage documentation and best practices.
• Troubleshoot PDK issues and conduct training for design teams on PDK usage.
• Evaluate custom flows for PDK health and participate in std cell characterization.
