Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC is seeking an RF Optimization Engineer to monitor and optimize multi-layer networks across 5G, LTE, and related technologies. You will analyze OSS KPIs, decode drive test data, and perform worst-cell optimizations to proactively improve coverage and user experience.

You will also tune EN-DC parameters, configure Massive MIMO beams, and troubleshoot RRC/ERAB/DRB failures to ensure network stability across US locations, with hybrid-work flexibility up to 2

Qualifications

• US Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Three years of RF engineering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize multi-layer network performance across Sub6 (C-Band/FDD), DSS, 5G (NSA/SA), and LTE.
• Perform end-to-end analysis using OSS KPIs, drive test data, and cell traces to identify bottlenecks.
• Conduct Worst Cell optimizations and regular parameter audits to maintain cluster performance.
• Execute parameter tuning and feature testing to improve network efficiency and subscriber experience.
• Optimize EN-DC by tuning NSA SgNB parameters and anchor carrier selection for LTE-NR.
• Configure Massive MIMO beam parameters to maximize SINR, RSRP, and user throughput.
• Troubleshoot RRC/ERAB/DRB failures and handover/call drop causes to enhance stability.
