Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC is seeking an RF Optimization Engineer to monitor and optimize multi-layer network performance across Sub6, 5G NSA/SA, and LTE. You will conduct end-to-end analysis using OSS KPIs, drive test data, and cell traces to proactively identify bottlenecks affecting accessibility, retainability, mobility, and throughput.

Responsibilities include Worst Cell optimizations, parameter audits, and deep-dive troubleshooting of RRC/DRB failures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of RF engineering experience in mobile networks (LTE/5G).
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Experience with OSS and RF optimization processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize multi-layer network performance across Sub6, 5G NSA/SA, and LTE.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis using KPI data, drive tests, and traces to identify bottlenecks.
• Perform Worst Cell optimizations and regular parameter audits to maintain cluster performance.
• Tune parameters and test features to improve network efficiency and subscriber experience.
