Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
2 years of hands-on RF optimization or RAN performance is desirable; strong potential welcomed for early‑career.
Solid understanding of 4G/5G technologies, RF propagation, and EM frequencies/waves.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Generative AI tools and automated workflows for network optimization.
Lead the launch of new carriers, technologies, and sites across 4G/5G, and small cells.
Own and support carrier launches including SSV, cluster drive testing, and auditing.
Track KPIs and troubleshoot RF issues for new deployments.
Monitor RF issues related to radio/baseband hardware swaps and software changes.
Deliver complex projects on time and within budget, focusing on customer satisfaction.
