Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-8 years of hands-on RF optimization or RAN performance experience desired; early-career candidates encouraged.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
• Solid understanding of 4G/5G technologies and RF principles.
• Experience with automation and tools development (Python, Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with customers.
• Ability to develop structured project plans and present technical insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI tools and automated workflows to streamline network optimization and improve engineering efficiency.
• Lead the launch of new carriers, technologies, and sites for 4G, 5G, 6G, and small cells across major operators.
• Own and support carrier launches, including single-site verification (SSV), cluster drive testing, and auditing activities.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and apply structured problem-solving to troubleshoot RF issues for new deployments.
• Monitor and resolve RF issues related to radio and baseband hardware swaps and associated software changes.
• Deliver complex engineering projects on time and within budget, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
