Qualifications

1-2 years of experience preferred, in structured cabling or RF systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; electronics/telecom training preferred.
Experience with RF system installation, telecommunications, or field service work.

Responsibilities

Install, align, and secure RF antennas, cabling, and hardware.
Perform RF testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and validation for optimal performance.
Install grounding, surge protection, and weatherproofing per safety codes.
Operate RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, SWR meters).
Ensure OSHA/FCC compliance and company safety standards.
Provide technical support to customers or internal stakeholders during/after installation.
Identify installation issues and propose improvements to reliability and performance.
