Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years in RF/microwave, microelectronics, or electronics manufacturing environments.
• 1–3 years of prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Hands-on RF/microwave tuning, testing, and troubleshooting from 20 MHz to 40 GHz.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of technicians and assemblers for tuning, testing, and assembly of microwave power modules.
• Oversee RF, microwave, and environmental testing including thermal, shock, vibration, and environmental stress testing.
• Ensure proper use of lab and production test equipment and adherence to safety procedures.
