Responsibilities

• Manage and train hourly employees in a high‑precision manufacturing environment.
• Support Lean process improvement plans and track performance metrics.
• Provide production status updates to Operations, Program Management, Engineering and downstream areas.
• Ensure on‑time, to‑spec production and mentor staff.
• Supervisor responsibilities for shop floor safety and efficiency.
