Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks an RF microwave engineer for new product development and internal R&D. Responsibilities span from simple RF components to complex microwave assemblies, with 3D simulations and tolerance-based optimization.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary team, participate in proposals and technical reviews, verify designs, and prepare clear test results and presentations. Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE preferred; 0–3 years experience acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with EM emphasis; master preferred.
• Experience applying microwave theory to producible designs and testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present results.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer specifications and drawings to assist in proposal and development efforts.
• Assist in estimating timeframe of design efforts.
• Work independently or within a team environment; ensure project schedules are met.
• Design and evaluate components using design and layout tools and perform tolerance analysis.
• Prepare presentations for internal and customer design reviews with simulation results.
