Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an RF microwave engineer for new product development and internal R&D efforts. The role includes 3D simulations, tolerance-based optimization, and verification of designs against requirements.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, prepare presentations for design reviews, and support production and MRB processes. Required is a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with EM focus and 3+ years of RF/microwave experience; Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering; EM fields focus; DoD clearance capability when needed.
• Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in RF/microwave design.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer specs and drawings for proposals and development.
• Perform 3D simulations and tolerance-based optimization.
• Design and evaluate RF components and assemblies.
• Prepare design reviews and provide test procedures.
• Correlate simulated results with measured data.
• Support production and MRB processes.
