Planet is seeking a PCB design engineer to design and optimize high-density RF/microwave, power, and mixed-signal PCBs for satellite applications. You will work with electrical design engineers and manufacturing teams to ensure design integrity from layout through fabrication, using Altium Designer.

The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring 3 days on-site in San Francisco. Candidates should have 5+ years in PCB layout and a strong IPC standard background, with an ability to coordinate with

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in PCB layout design.
• Experience with Altium Designer.
• Experience implementing and enforcing IPC standards for PCB design, fabrication, and assembly.

Responsabilités

• Design layout of RF/Microwave, power, microprocessor, high-speed interface, and mixed-signal PCBs for satellite applications.
• Collaborate with electrical design engineers and supply chain to manage PCB design in Altium environment and integration with control and manufacturing systems.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality PCB assemblies.
