Job summary

Array Labs in Redwood City is seeking a Senior RF PCB Layout Engineer to own the physical implementation of RF and microwave electronics in Altium, translating schematics into layouts that meet performance and reliability targets for lab and orbit applications.

You will partner with RF design, electrical, antenna, and test teams to ensure first-pass success, support fabrication releases, and contribute to the development of high‑frequency, high‑reliability aerospace hardware.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field with 4+ years’ RF layout experience.
• Experience in PCB layout, fabrication, and release of RF/high‑performance electronics.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to learn concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong self-motivation and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own RF PCB layout from initial placement through manufacturing release in Altium Designer
• Define stack-ups and controlled-impedance routing for RF grounding and shielding
• Translate schematic intent into layouts meeting RF performance requirements
• Collaborate with RF design, electrical, antenna, mixed-signal, mechanical, and test engineers
• Drive DFM/DFT considerations with fabrication and assembly partners
