Job summary

Mission Microwave Technologies seeks a LabVIEW Programmer to develop, optimize, and maintain automated test and data-acquisition systems for RF and microwave products. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, hardware validation, and hands-on lab work, supporting both high-volume production and advanced engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years developing LabVIEW applications in test automation or DAQ environments.
• 3+ years experience with RF/microwave test and measurement.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, VNAs, signal generators, power meters, DAQs).
• Advanced proficiency in LabVIEW (G-language) and instrumentation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and maintain LabVIEW software for automated test systems and DAQs.
• Interface with RF/microwave instruments across GPIB, USB, LAN, PXI.
• Collaborate with RF, test, and manufacturing teams to design scalable software architectures.
• Ensure software measures key RF/microwave performance metrics (gain, power, noise figure, linearity).
• Provide hands-on factory floor support for hardware/software issues and commissioning.
