Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and projects.
• Experience with test equipment design and development tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of test hardware, software, and firmware through development cycle.
• Collaborate with Prime Engineering, Production, and Operations teams.
• Identify test readiness issues and optimization opportunities.
• Ensure deployments to manufacturing facilities are smooth.
