Job summary

Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking a Test Engineer to support both engineering and manufacturing through efficient test solutions. You will design RF test architectures, develop automated tests with LabVIEW, and collaborate with engineers, technicians, and operators to improve testing processes.

The role requires hands-on RF experience, familiarity with RF test equipment, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Must have US Person status (US Citizen or green card).
• BSEE or BSEET from an accredited college or university with 5+ years of relevant RF experience.
• Experience with RF based systems and RF test equipment including network analyzers, oscilloscopes and signal generators.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, RTCA/DO-160 is a plus.
• Experience calibrating RF test architectures and performing Measurement System Analysis (MSA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design RF architectures including test fixtures, racks, and test benches.
• Review and optimize current testing processes with engineers and technicians.
• Support standardization of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for engineering and production.
• Develop automated test solutions using NI LabVIEW for development and production testing.
• Create and maintain test plans, procedures, and test instructions.
• Perform tests, collect data, analyze results, and document findings.
• Support DVT and qualification activities as required.
• Maintain or repair equipment and fixtures as needed.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and support system integration testing.
