Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors in STEM with 8+ years of engineering experience or Masters with 6+ years.
• Proven experience leading high-performance engineering teams.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide team supervision, performance management, and personnel development.
• Deliver technical oversight for antenna and RF design activities.
