Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in McKinney, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our RF microelectronics team. The role focuses on hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced production environment, with cross-functional collaboration across engineering and manufacturing.

You will support high-volume production of RF components, develop process improvements, apply SPC/DOE, and ensure quality and reliability.

Qualifications

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years of prior experience.
Experience navigating military standards and other engineering data packages.
Experience in data analysis using statistical methods and software (Minitab).
U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Support RF Radiator, Circulator, and Lids factory in high-volume production with on-site responsiveness to equipment, process, material, and product problems.
Support assembly processes involving various automated operations including adhesive dispense, adhesive screen print, component placement, automated curing in batch and inline ovens, and optical inspection.
Work hand-in-hand with product engineers, quality engineers, reliability engineers, and manufacturing engineers on product manufacturing.
Develop and implement materials, processes, process improvements, and production support using established statistical process control techniques, experimental designs, material analysis, mechanical design analysis, and root cause analysis.
Spend 8+ hours per day in a clean room environment, following clean room and electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures.
