Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks an RF Manufacturing Test Engineer to join the Battlespace Awareness team in Colorado. You will ensure stringent testing standards while meeting throughput requirements to ship high-quality radar systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, or related fields.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, and test equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and data acquisition systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensuring production test flow; provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system checkout to component-level process validation.
• Improve automation, consistency, total cycle time, and test coverage (DfM).
• Generate test work instructions for MES; train technicians on equipment use as required.
• Develop library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides for fast resolution.
• Determine root cause of product failures and recommend corrective actions (RCCA).
• Collaborate with Design, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to support returns and failure analysis.
• Contribute feedback to early-stage test design for NPIs and new products.
• Analyze test data, document results, and provide reports identifying defects and improvements.
• Work with design engineers to provide feedback for product enhancements based on test outcomes.
• Optimize test strategies for efficiency without compromising quality.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment for precision and reliability.
• Support continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
• Execute testing as required.
