Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Equipment Operator for our DC Warehouse to locate and move product using RF scanning, restock and pick items for customer orders, and maintain equipment. The role requires reading, writing, basic math, and attention to detail within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Salary is hourly with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matches, life & disability coverage, and paid time off. Overtime may be required, and safety policies must be followed daily.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, SKUs.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF unit to scan and locate product.
• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product.
• Restock, pick and pack orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain certification.
• Follow safety procedures and policies.
