Job summary

SanMar DC Warehouse is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely locate product with an RF unit, pull items from shelves, and transport them to departments. You will restock, pick, and pack orders throughout the shift and ensure equipment is inspected and maintained daily.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and 1–3 years lift operator experience, basic math and color/SKU familiarity, and the ability to work fast-paced, independently or in a team. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment with RF unit to scan movement and identify locations.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and report issues.
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment keys.
• Complete Lift Operator Certification per OSHA every three years.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
