Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems has an opening for an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead with a technical background in RF integration and test for Prime Mission Equipment. The IPT Lead will guide an engineering team to transition designs to production in a fast-paced, high-visibility program environment.

The role requires coordinating across factory test cells, Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance, and presenting progress to internal and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with 8 years of industry experience, or master’s degree with 6 years.
• Active and current Secret government clearance.
• 6‑month minimum experience with hardware design and/or hardware integration & test.
• 6‑month minimum experience in the BWI factory and/or factory test cells.
• Demonstrated leadership with 6‑month minimum as an IPT Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team to transition designs to production.
• Interface with factory test cells, Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.
• Brief internal and customer leadership on progress.
• Maintain self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented work ethic.
