L3Harris Technologies in San Diego, CA is seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join the Integration and Test team. You will develop and execute test plans for RF circuit cards, software, and RF hardware, and design automated test scripts using Python and LabVIEW.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to document results and collaborate with engineers to improve procedures and product quality. A relevant degree with experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required; 4+ years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0–2 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for RF circuit cards, software, and RF hardware.
• Design and automate test scripts using Python and LabVIEW.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues during testing.
• Document test results and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve test procedures and product quality.
