L3Harris Technologies in San Diego seeks an experienced Embedded Test Engineer to design, verify, and integrate automated RF test systems for production. You will work across RF hardware validation, development, and manufacturing phases with cross‑functional engineering teams.

The role covers embedded Linux, FPGAs/CPLDs, and automated test solutions using LabVIEW, TestStand, Python and C++. Strong problem solving and RF measurement skills are essential for design verification and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field with relevant experience.
• Graduate degree with related experience also accepted.
• In lieu of degree, 8+ years of related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design automated test systems for production testing with multi‑unit capabilities and test reporting.
• Develop embedded systems involving Linux, FPGAs and CPLDs.
• Create automated test solutions using LabVIEW, TestStand, Python and C++.
• Develop and document test plans, procedures, and reports for components and full assemblies.
• Set up and operate RF test equipment including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, VNA, power meters.
