Epiq Solutions seeks a Senior Staff RF Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on development of complex board-level analog/RF and digital hardware designs for SDR products. You will guide design decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate across disciplines from concept through production and support.

Ideal candidates have deep RF design experience, independent engineering judgment, and a track record of delivering robust hardware in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years of direct RF/hardware experience
• RF circuit design experience (LNAs, PAs, PLLs, matching, filters)
• Experience with schematic capture/PCB layout (Altium preferred)
• Experience with microwave test equipment (VNA, scopes, analyzers, meters)
• Proven ability to own complex RF hardware designs from concept to production
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• US citizenship required for government contracts
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects

Responsabilités

• Develop block diagrams from high level requirements
• Schematic entry for analog/RF circuits
• Lead RF/microwave circuit and sub-system design and testing
• Define PCB placement and routing requirements
• Troubleshoot prototype and production hardware in lab
• Prepare and review technical docs and proposals
• Collaborate with software/FPGA/production teams for integration
• Promote engineering best practices and mitigate technical risks
