Job summary

The position requires an Associate degree in Electronics or IT (or equivalent), hands-on RF experience, and a valid driver's license. Some regional travel and on-call hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or IT (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience installing, programming, troubleshooting, and repairing RF equipment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• RF Certification (ETA, NARTE) and IP networking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and service UHF/VHF, DAS, microwave, and other wireless systems.
• Program basic and mid-level code plugs for two-way radios and related equipment.
• Perform mobile radio installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Recommend equipment and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Support the sales process through technical expertise and customer communications.
• Some regional travel and on-call hours are required.
