NR Consulting is seeking an experienced RF Technician for an onsite role in Kent, WA. The position requires hands-on experience installing, maintaining, testing telecommunications, RF, power, fiber, and related equipment, with travel and outdoor work at tower sites.

The role involves climbing towers up to 500 feet, performing tests and diagnostics, and collaborating with senior technicians to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to work at heights up to 500 feet.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel and work nights or alternate shifts when required.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull 75+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, configure, and troubleshoot telecommunications equipment at cell sites and facilities.
• Climb towers/poles to install antennas, microwave gear, and cabling.
• Test power, fiber, Cat5/Cat6, coax, and waveguide cabling.
• Operate RF test equipment and assist with system configuration and repairs.
• Follow project documentation and safety procedures.
