Job summary

Pacific Network Solutions seeks an RF Technician II to install, replace, and repair antenna systems on telecommunications towers in the Henderson area. This role requires comfort with heights, climbing, and working in varying weather conditions.

You will work with RF networks, coaxial cabling, fiber distribution, power, and remote radio units, traveling as needed. Competitive benefits are provided alongside a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to climb towers and work at heights.
• Experience with RF antennas and tower equipment is a plus.
• Ability to learn and apply safety policies and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform tower climbs to install, replace, and repair antenna systems equipment.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tools and materials specific to telecommunications.
• Learn to assemble antenna sector frames, RRU/RRH, power and fiber distribution systems.
• Install coaxial cables, power, and fiber trunks to ensure RF signal integrity.
• Travel overnight and work in adverse weather conditions.
• Report equipment performance issues and coordinate with team.
