L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly driven RF Hardware Design Engineer to design and develop advanced RF solutions for space‑to‑ground communications. You will contribute to mission‑critical hardware used in resilient, high‑reliability space platforms enabling secure connectivity for our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant RF hardware experience; advanced degrees may reduce experience.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and simulation of RF circuits (amplifiers, filters, mixers, oscillators) for space‑to‑ground links.
• Perform schematic capture, component research, and PCB layout reviews with senior engineers oversight.
• Conduct hands‑on RF testing, tuning, and characterization using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
• Support integration with digital hardware, firmware, antenna, and systems engineering teams.
