Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate degree program in engineering, physics or math.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of applied engineering experience (internships, labs, and projects).
• Coursework or project experience in RF, antennas, electromagnetics, or communications systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RF engineers to understand aerospace RF and telemetry systems development.
• Perform RF test and measurement using spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and power meters.
• Support OTA and antenna test activities, including range setup and validation.
• Assist GPS testing and integration for Arc vehicle.
• Support ground station compatibility testing, travel to test sites if needed.
• Test and evaluate in-house RF hardware, including SDR-based systems.
• Collect, process, and document RF test data; help generate test reports.
• Assist with test automation and data analysis using Python or MATLAB.
