Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance is required.
• 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Extensive proficiency with RF testing equipment and measurements.
• Experience with AESA, DREX subassemblies, and live production programs.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to transfer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed failure investigations and provide actionable recommendations to address systemic issues and prevent recurrence.
• Develop analysis tools and run simulations to aid problem identification and resolution.
• Perform comprehensive trade studies to optimize system performance and guide future developments.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers to develop and validate technical solutions.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Generate clear technical reports and present findings to management and customers.
• Provide on-site technical support to operations and production teams.
