Job summary

C Squared Systems, LLC in Auburn NH is seeking a mid-level RF Field Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on installing and maintaining distributed antenna systems (DAS) and related RF infrastructure.

You will travel to multiple job sites (up to 50% overnight), work nights and weekends as needed, and interact with customers daily. A construction background and comfort with test equipment are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 year college degree or related coursework preferred.
• 3–4 years construction experience; DAS experience preferred.
• Ability to read cabling diagrams and construction drawings.
• Proficient with drills, saws, torque wrenches, crimpers, etc.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install coaxial cables of various sizes (1/2", 1/4", 7/8", etc.).
• Install fiber cables and fiber heads (single/multi-mode, LC, SC, FC, ST, etc.).
• Perform cable terminations and fusion splicing.
• Perform sweep and PIM testing.
• Work hands-on with spectrum analyzers, transmitters, and other test equipment.
• Perform site surveys and in-depth walkthroughs.
• Install and repair DAS equipment from multiple manufacturers.
• Maintain test equipment and tools for continuous use.
• Travel to various job sites.
