Job summary

C Squared Systems, LLC is seeking a mid-level RF Field Technician to join our team in Auburn, NH. The role focuses on installing and testing distributed antenna systems (DAS), fiber and coaxial cabling, and associated RF equipment in a dynamic, field-based environment.

You will perform site surveys, splice and terminate cables, and work with spectrum analyzers and other RF test gear. Travel up to 95% and occasional night shifts/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree or related coursework preferred.
• 3–4 years construction experience required.
• OSHA certifications a plus.
• Able to read and interpret cabling diagrams and construction drawings.
• Proficient with tools (drills, saws, torque wrenches, crimpers).
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Eager to learn and advance in a technical field.
• Proficient with Outlook/Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Install DAS and related cabling at various sites.
• Install fiber cables and fiber heads (LC/SC/FC/ST).
• Perform cable terminations and fusion splicing.
• Conduct testing (sweep, PIM) and use RF test equipment.
• Perform site surveys and in-depth walkthroughs.
• Install and repair DAS equipment from multiple manufacturers.
• Maintain test equipment and tools.
• Travel to multiple job sites; some overnights.
