Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking an RF Engineer to provide technical leadership in resolving issues during assembly, production testing, and integration of RF/Microwave products. The role requires collaboration with program management, operations, supply chain, and quality teams on a high-impact defense program.

The candidate will perform hands-on troubleshooting, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to producibility improvements while ensuring compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in High Reliability, Aerospace, or Defense Electronics product development and manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
  • Active security clearance required on day one.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on product troubleshooting in manufacturing and development environments.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians for offline asset reduction.
  • Assist with ongoing engineering development projects and product initiatives.
  • Support definition and implementation of producibility improvements.
  • Work with Lead Engineers on design updates.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional product teams.
