Job summary

The role requires a strong background in RF/microwave, antenna theory, and leadership of an integrated team, with travel up to 10% and an active security clearance from day one. Based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Typically 7 years of experience in High Reliability, Aerospace, or Defense Electronics product development and manufacturing.
• Experience providing technical leadership to an integrated product development team.
• Extensive experience in testing / troubleshooting RF/Microwave, analog, digital, and mixed signal circuits.
• Expertise using RF simulation software (Microwave Office, AWR, ADS, HFSS).
• Experience transferring new designs to production.
• Familiarity with RF and antenna theory.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Active Security Clearance required on day 1.

Responsibilities

• Design RF circuits, modules, and subsystems in detail.
• Provide inputs to program plans and proposals.
• Resolve complex technical issues for manufacturing and test.
• Foster skill development for less experienced engineers.
• Act as technical lead for development programs and production products.
