Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks an Electronics Technician (RF) in Newark, CA, for RF testing, tuning, troubleshooting, and acceptance testing of high-power systems. You will work with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure performance and reliability targets are met.

The role requires an associate degree in electronics or 3-5 years of related experience, plus hands-on RF/microwave test equipment skills. Daily responsibilities include RF alignment, data collection, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF/microwave systems and RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read schematics and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF alignment, tuning, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze RF performance including gain, power, frequency response, and harmonics.
• Generate test reports and document findings.
• Support root cause investigations and product reliability improvements.
