The role requires an associate degree in electronics or 3-5 years of related experience, plus hands-on RF/microwave test equipment skills. Daily responsibilities include RF alignment, data collection, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF/microwave systems and RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read schematics and technical docs.
