Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years experience.
• Electronics knowledge obtained through education, military service, technical training, or related work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and documentation.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required work authorization.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot RF products, including RF microelectronics, amplifiers, switches, mixers, and related electronic assemblies.
• Test and troubleshoot digital circuit card assemblies.
• Analyze equipment performance to isolate and diagnose malfunctions.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, source control drawings, and test procedures.
• Perform RF tuning of microelectronic assemblies under a microscope.
• Conduct maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
• Accurately document test results, production data, and quality records.
• Recommend and support corrective actions based on test findings.
• Complete electronic and mechanical assembly operations.
• Work with engineers and supervisors to improve or update test procedures.
• Maintain compliance with safety, ESD, FOD, and cleanliness requirements.
• Complete required workmanship and certification training programs.
