Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with relevant experience.
• Experience reading specifications, schematics and block diagrams.
• Experience with RF hardware and software, and digital engineering.
• Experience with RF test equipment (oscilloscopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and support RF and digital hardware.
• Assist in achieving First Time Through Test Yield and hardware deliveries.
• Analyze test data and identify early trends.
• Define changes to testing equipment, procedures, and processes.
• Collaborate with design engineering to implement hardware improvements.
• Support technicians with troubleshooting and training.
• Monitor program yields and report on corrective actions.
