Job summary
Crane Aerospace and Electronics in Chandler, AZ seeks an RF Design Engineer Manager to lead cross-functional teams in developing RF, microwave, and mmW integrated solutions for spaceflight applications. You will drive proposals, specification definition, design, testing, and prototype characterization while acting as a hands-on contributor under limited supervision.

Qualifications
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering; Masters or PhD preferred.
Responsibilities
- End to End Systems analysis, model and simulate circuit or system performance using analytical tools.
- Detailed analysis and design of RF (VHF through millimeter-wave) and mixed-signal hardware components.
- System integration, test and development of RF/millimeter-wave hardware for spaceflight.
- Investigate and evaluate new communications technologies for spaceflight applications.
- Serve as technical interface for customers and attend meetings; define specifications with customers.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure design reviews and timely delivery.
