Job summary

Everforth Apex in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer to advance LTE/5G network planning. You will design RF networks, analyze performance, and support regulatory submissions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid office setup.

The role requires 4+ years of RF design experience, proficiency with Atoll and mapping tools, and a strong foundation in RF fundamentals to optimize coverage and capacity for 4G/5G deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or 4+ years of work experience.
• 4+ years of relevant RF design experience.
• Experience with RF propagation tools (Atoll) and data analysis.
• Knowledge of mapping software such as MapInfo, Google Earth, ArcGIS.
• RF design experience in LTE and NR networks.
• Samsung LTE and NR network experience.
• Strong motivation for innovative solutions and learning new tech.
• Knowledge of RF fundamentals, RF design principles and RF engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan RF networks for LTE and 5G including Macro and Small Cells.
• Prepare FCC/FAA submissions, RFDS, CIQ, and regulatory tasks; review EME studies.
• Evaluate coverage and capacity to expand network and mitigate triggering sectors.
• Maintain data integrity across planning tools and platforms.
